I have high blood pressure and elevated iron levels. Do i need to consult the doctor ?

MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS 120/90,AS A NORMAL THE BP WOULD BE 162/72....MY IRON LEVELS WERE 12.0 AS A NORM IT WOULD BE UNDER 10...SHOULD I SEEK HELP? I AM 51 YRS OF AGE;WEIGHT 156LBS;STAND 5 9/2/3 AND STILL MENESTATES.NO HEALTH PROBLEMS.
