I am scared and I am only 13 I have always had col sores and now I see these little white puss filled bumps inside my nostrils im so scared im crying right now and when i was in the shower i saw an off white bump on my arm and they seem to be spreading and im scared omg im being 100 percent serious and im realy scared so please help
