I Have Headache,vomiting And Burning Sensation In Stomach. What Is It ?

hi am 33years old male 178cm and 90kg i feel to much tiierd and pain in the body and some headache also and feel vometing and now may be 1week i feel always hungry and little burning feeling in stomach and also burning in the head in the right side and and also i feel something in my right eye cant see well

You could be having a viral infection along with gastritis or GERD.I advise you to visit your Physician and get examined.He might ask you to run few blood tests to know the cause of these symptoms.Based on that treatment can be decided.
