I Have Had Some Spotting And Cramping
I am 37 years old. I had my period starting on the 30th of december for approx 4 days. Following my period and for the past 2 weeks I have had extremely tender sore breasts. Today I have had some spotting and cramping (12 days after my period ended). This has never happened. I did take a home pregnancy test which was negative.

i have to add to above. I am not on the pill. I typically have a period every month around the 28th-30th of month.
