Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum,
You haven't mentioned your age, gender, height and weight? If your older than 40, get a ECG done and also your Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar. You said you also have Cough, In that case you may need a Thorough Physical evaluation by a Physician to rule out Chest Infection. In that case, you may need antibiotics. If the pain is related to Gastritis, you may take Tab. Pantodac 40 mg once daily half hour before breakfast for 2 weeks. When the chest pain is severe you may take Cap. Spasmo Proxyvon SOS. Take Care.
