The problem you have is Ostipation more than constipation

, the crams you are having are due to movement of gas through folded coils of intestine , and the failure of the stool to form bulk. this happens with irregular timing of the food and also on quality and quantity of the food.
You can get rid of this by timing your food to a fixed schedule and supplementing your diet with fiber containing food ( banana, papaya, oats, green leafy veg etc ) , also by drinking more water. Have a brisk walk every day morning it will help.
