I have gaglion cist in my left wrist. No pain, just a water fill up. I got the water drained out once last year, but it came back with in 6-8 weeks

Draining the cyst is known to have recurrences and hence it is not a recommended procedure nowadays. Instead you should get it excised along with a margin of normal tissue to make sure it does not return.
