The resting heart rate in adults is 60-90 beats per minute is considered normal and above 100Bpm is considered tacchycardia.so whenever you record your heart rate,you should be relaxed.
Just tocheck your heart rate during exercise you need to:
1. Stop gradually.
2. Take your pulse for 15 seconds.
3. Multiply this number by 4 to calculate your beats per minute.
If you're just starting out on an exercise program, keep your heart rate at the lower end of your target heart rate
zone and gradually work up to a higher intensity level.

of pain, heart burn or acidity/pain while resting or activity and also consult with some cardiologist for certain tests like ECG And 6 minute walk test..to make some diagnosis.
