Irregular periods can be due to hormonal imbalance;anaemia;stress;ovarian cyst etc and not necessary due to pregnancy.Since your test for pregnancy of blood and urine are negative and you had unprotected sex see that you have done pregnancy test after missing periods and not before. If you had periods on 23 April then your due period should be around 23 May so if you have missed this date you can repeat your test on 27 May to see if you are pregnant.
