the cough if associated with fever and if it has persisted more than a month . plz get examined by doctor.
i will suggest,
gargles with warm water with a pinch of salt,
sitopaladi churna + honey 1tsf trice for 10 days
syp vasocin for easy expectoration,

hi sir,
it can be an attack of asthma if you had it earlier or it might be a lower lung infection. you will need to take brinchodilator tablets like deriphyllin retard 300 mg twice daily along with an antibiotic like levofloxacin 500 mg once a day for 5 days.
