The reason for all repeated viral attacks is your lowered immunity. Constant sore throat can be having local reason and also gastric reason. In such cases Ayurveda offers help to increase immunity with amla based compounds and in your case i would suggest SWAMLA 1 tsf bd along with tab. maha lakshami vilas ras with gold and soot shekhar ras to check gastric reason.

Hi,

I think you are having gastric problem, there might be evident reflux of gastric contents from the stomach or micro-reflux, which is not noticeable. I would advice you to drink plenty of warm water, throat gargles with povidone iodine mouth gargles, 3-4 times/day after food and also you can take proton pump inhibitors and a prokinetic drugs after consulting your doctor. Avoid stress, oily food, coffee, tea, alcohol or smoking if any. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Regards
