I Have Catarrh With A Cold,is There Any Way Of Getting Rid Of It ?

I have a cold and have a lot of phlegm in my throat that i keep needing to cough up, is there any way of getting rid of it without coughing it up, I am scared it will make me sick.

Hi.. You may try steam inhalation which will help in reducing the congestion.. You may need antibiotics, if you have fever or you are producing yellow colored phlegm.. Avoid exposure to cold, avoid allergens such as dust or any other products that can cause allergic symptoms... Consult a doctor if possible for good choice of medications...
