I have blocked nose for up to a year. How to get rid of this ?

hello, i have blocked nose for up to a year or two now, one blocks and the other opens, sometimes both open for a short period and blocks again,what do i do

Hi,

You seem to be suffering from sinusitis. Please get yourself examined from agood ENT specialist as well do steam inhalation 2-3 times/day, drink plenty of warm water and use saline nasal drops 3 drops 3 times/day.

YOU MAY HAVE ALLERGY PROBLEM OR YOU MAY HAVE DEVIATED BONE INSIDE NOSE. SINUS PROBLEM IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY. NEVER USE DROPS ON OWN AS IT IS VERY HARMFUL. STEAM INHALATION MAY HELP. STAY AWAY FROM DUST AND POLLUTION.SEE IF YOU SNORE OR NOT.IF THERE IS HEAVINESS OF HEAD , YOU MAY HAVE SINUS PROBLEM ALSO
