I have blepharophimosis and taking imitrex and topamax but mot satisfied with the treatment

I have blepharophimosis and experience severely painful headaches as I am very very sensitive to light. I have been given imitrex and topamax but they don t work. Do you think it is reasonable to ask for morphine or some kind of narcotic to treat this very physical pain? Surgery is not an option.
