hi. i am an 18 year old guy, active lifestyle. recently i found out that i have biatrial enlargement with mild mitral valve prolapse and trivial mitral regurgitation.i feel breathless if i exert myself. i have felt like this since birth. my doc says there is nothin to worry and that il have a normal life. but im worried. also i underwent 2 more echo's in the past 1 year and there have been no developments. my shortness of breath has decreased since i started to excercise
