The following investigations should be done:
1. USG Neck
2, FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) of your enlarged Rt. Supraclavicular Lymph Node.
3. Chest X-Ray
4. Tuberculin Test (Mantoux Test
5. Detailed blood investigations (esp. with your high WBC Count!)
6. Sputum for AFB x 3 days
7. CT / MRI Neck + Chest and USG Abdomen may also be considered
Constitutional symptoms such as breathlessness (asthma like symptoms), fatigue, night sweats
, migraine headaches
could suggest disorders such as tuberculosis
, lymphoma, collagen vascular diseases, unrecognized infection or malignancy.
