I Have Been Suffering Wrist Pain From Past Six Months.

hi im 18 yrs old and for the past six months i have been wrist pain off and on for 2 weeks at a time, year ago i sprained it but other than that no, it hurts when i move it forward and backward but not when i move it from side to side and today i notice a lump on the top of my wrist

Get the X-Ray wrist and nerve conduction studies of both arms..

Wear Wrist splint , especially in night.
