You might be having dysfunctional uterine bleeding, can try medicines like tranexamic acid and mafenemic acid to stop bleeding or hormonal pill or iucd (mirena) in consultation with your doctor. To elevate blood count up especially haemoglobin try green leafy vegetables, sprouts, pulses, soya, citric fruits, apple, pomegranate, milk products etc.

Best wishes,
