hello, ive been having trouble focusing my eyes lately, ive been kind of like not there fully. and now im having a slight pain when I swallow, and ideas ?

Hi Vinny,
Welcome to HCM.

You have not mentioned your age.

First of all you will have to visit an ophthalmologist and get your visual acuity checked as well as your complete eye examination done to exclude any eye problem.

Next you will have to visit a physician and get your self examined, because there is a condition called Myasthenia Gravis, in which there is gradual weakening of voluntary muscles.

If every thing is fine then just ignore these symptoms and they will disappear.
