I Have Been Having Abdominal Pains. What Could It Be ?

I have been having abdominal pains for the past week and when I press on my stomach it is sensitive. What could it be ?

Referring to the location it seems that you are suffering from epigastric pain. It might be because of Gastritis. You can try some proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before food for a month, avoid hot and spicy food, and in the meantime please get an ultrasound and upper GI endoscopy done on a priority basis.
