General & Family Physician Dr. Channabasappa K's  Response
welcome, your symptoms suggests that you might be having anxity, thats all.cold&hot symptoms you are experensing is due to variation in body temperature ,when temp slightly rises you feel warmith, that will end up in sweating, the after sweating you feel cool, don't worry about that, eat high protein diet along with fruits which are rich in minireals, take 15min brsk walk either in morning or in evening.if problems continues consult physican&be optimistic&over come from worry.
