I have been feeling unwell, What should I do ?

for the past few days I have not been feeling well and I am wondering what I should do. I have a history of anxiety so I never know if I am actually ill or just anxious. I have been having a stiff neck with pain at the base of the head and headaches in all different spots on my head. I have been nauseas, I vomited just 20 minutes ago, I have the chills and my vision has been clouded. I can touch my chin to my chest, so I do not believe it to be menegitis, but I am concerned because this has been going on a few days and I do not know what I should do.

it may be anxiety also but before labeling it as anxiety you will have to rule out any pathology so please consult a doctor ;preferably a doctor who does not know you if you are feeling uncomfortable to go to a person who knows your anxiety history ; it can even be a neck sprain which might have occurred in sleep due to improper pillow.please consult a doctor;don't worry.
