I have been experiencing chest pains. i eat unhealthy

Should I be concerned? Should I go to the emergency room?! Heart attack to come? I m 19, 135 pounds, 6 00 . For the past couple of months or so, I ve been experiencing chest pains now and then. Not all the time but every once and awhile. Tonight it s happening again, started early this evening into tonight. It s like a pressure in the centre of my chest that goes in and out every few minutes. I don t really exercise nor am I active, I m slim and young though. But... I don t eat healthy AT ALL! I primarily eat processed foods. I know, it s bad, don t tell me, that s not what I m asking. --------- I tend to get paranoid about these things though, so I could be overreacting. (Especially since my mother told me that much more young adults are dying because of heart attacks due to diets and ignoring signs because they think they re immune because of their age). Also, when I get paranoid about things like this, it tends to occur more, like a placebo. (Or I think it tends to occur more.) Anyways, I was wondering, should I be concerned tonight? Should I go to the emergency room or something or should I just wait til tomorrow and go to my doctor? It s already 22:30 so the doctors office is closed. Thanks. My doctor has never told me of any heart problems or high blood pressure . Last time I measured it, it was on average. It doesn t hurt right now, it s just pressure, on and off. Also, my right chest is starting to have a little pain in it as we speak. Once again, that could just be because I m overreacting but...

thanks for the query,
it looks like you have gastritis and that is the cause for your symptoms but if you want to get it confirmed you can get an ecg done just in case to rule out any cardiac problems.
