I Have Anal Fissure With Rash. Could It Be Herpes?
I believe i have an anal fissure , 3rd time in 12 months. this time and the last time i got what i thought was diaper rash along with it. the second time it went away with a& d cream but it is much more intense now and burning constantly.it is red, not on the anus but around it are red bumps that burn which are now crusty. could it be herpes?

From your history it seems that you might have dermatitis,fungal infection around anal region.
Anal fissure is very painful and you may have a strip of blood coming out with stool.
There may passing of blood before passing stool.
