I Have A Visible Neck Pulse In Front Of My Neck, Is It Normal For All ?

I am 24 years old I weigh 176lbs and I am 5 0 in height. I have a visible neck pulse in front of my neck in the center is that normal? My blood pressure is stable. Just sometimes it shows visibly. Especially when I am anxious.
