hi i have a very sore arm it runs up to my wrist and up past my elbow and i can hardly move it

hi,thanks for query.This could be due to some pressure over it or due to some lifting of heavy weight .Please apply some local analgesic over the area,give rest to part.please look for any form boil,swelling etc,on it.You can take any analgesic with which you are comfortable.This should go in couple of days.If not please see your primary care physician.
