Hi,
You should get examined by a doctor. You may have a fistula, pilonidal sinus or an follicle which needs to be confirmed by examination.Treatment will depend on the diagnosis.

It looks as if it is splitting down the middle of my crack. I'm really embarrassed of this. It looks like it is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. It has never hurt whatsoever. The only thing that makes it hurt is if I look at because i'm scared out of my mind of this thing , But it bleeds not all the time it comes and goes, It's also not a lot of bleeding. There's no discharge other than the blood. Is there a way I can diagnose what it is myself? And if so how could I figure out a treatment?

OBGYN Dr. Rhea Chanda's  Response
Its best that you see a doctor and get examined. Its not possible for you to self diagnose. The treatment depends on the diagnosis so i cant say for certain what it should be without examination. Please dont be embarrassed about this as we are all professionals. Also its always better to catch the problem before it gets complicated.See a general surgeon about this for correct diagnosis.
