my bones in my shoulder feel like there grinding together an is really sore , the pain is also travelling up my neck

Its probably a fracture, you should go to a doc

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.Very difficult to advice you without examining you.Best would be to consult an orthopedician for the peoper examination and treatment.Till then you can take anti inflammatory and analgesic like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.Thanks and good luck.
