you should see an orthopedician soon....and if required also get an x-ray done....
By that time take rest, do not lift weights or any other excessive mobilty.
Hot fomentation will certainly help you(hot packs or hot water bottle can be used). it should be done atleast thrice a day. Morning........Evening......and night just before sleep.
Try taking deep slow breaths with your hands on chest, instead of fast and shallow.....this will cause some pain but make it your routine and your chest muscles will be strengthnd and help you get rid of your breathing problems
Breathing should be atleast for 10 repetitions at a time...............thrice a day/twice
Take care of your posture:
- do not bend forward
- try lying on ur side instead of straight
- lie with your knees bent,it relaxes the spine
- while lying on your side, put a cushion between ur legs(knee area)
- also while sneezing
and coughing put ur hands ovr ur chest.
