Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Your History suggests you have Comedones, which is most common in adolescents like you. It is absolutely normal to happen this at this age under the Hormonal Influence and there is nothing to be worried about. Whiteheads are called Open Comedones. Get yourself examined by a Dermatologist so that he can examine you thoroughly and confirm them and to avoid scarring. Avoid Pricking them.
Use a mild cleansing once a day to remove the dirt from your face and drink plenty of water to keep your skin well hydrated. The usual Prescribed medications include Benzoyl peroxide, Tretinoin, Isotretinoin or topical antibiotics. Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight. Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy veggies. Avoid stress. Stick to your Treatment plan and go for regular follow up.
Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
