It can not be cured but its further spread can be checked and problems avoided. avoid weight lifting and constipation. do not strain and you can tie a support externally or use hernia belt.

Untill and unless the hernia is very small it is bound to trouble you later in your life
it is better to get it operated at the earliest
Till you can get it operated you can use Hernia Belt for temporary reduction of Hernia

hi
welcome to healthcare magic forum
There is no curative medicinal treatment for your trouble. only symptomatic medicine for pain, constipation & prevention can help for some time,
If the herniation is mild then just avoid abdomenal stress in the form of constipation, heavy wt lifting, jerks, use of indian toilets, chronic coughing etc.
If it is severe please consult a surgeon and get it operated as in later life it may cause any acute emergency any day.
Till that time use some abdominal support and follow above instructions.
Take care

Hi, welcome to health care magic forum,

every pathy has it own limitation, hernia is a problem which can not be treated with any mode of medicinal treatment, you have to go for a surgical treatment, so do not waste your time and go for surgery.

Homeopath Dr. Alisha's  Response
hello
Everyone knows that an overstretched part will normally give way or tear or burst. For example an overblown balloon can burst at its weak point. Likewise, in our body, due to overstretching or weakness, any part can give/tear and simultaneous propulsion of internal parts happens through them. This pop up is called hernia
Homeopathy works well in chronic complaints and tumours. Lots of patients come for Homeopathy treatment for hernia fearing surgery. In fact, hernia is not at all a disease, it is just like a tear which surely needs to be stitched. More the tear, more will be the bulge and there will be more chances for strangulation and pain. But it is better to opt for surgery to avoid complications. Homeopathy can only treat pain and discomfort.
Also patients should be aware that even after surgery one should be careful as it can recurr.
Homeopathic medicine commonly used for treating hernia are Arnica, Causticum, Cascara, Cocculus, Colocynthis, Lycopodium, Mag carb, Nitric acid, Nux vom, Rhus tox, Silicea, Sulphur, Veratrum album, etc.but it should be taken under the advice of good homeopath doctor
good luck

Homeopath Dr. Swati Ramkumar's  Response
Dear shanmughavadhan,
Incisional Hernia occurs in an area of weakness caused by incompletely healed surgical scar. Oral medications from any system of medicine would not be of any great help. Surgical correction is the best solution in case of hernias. Importantly depending upon the area of involvement, avoid exertions, lifting weights, straining at stools or sitting for long duration .
Visit a surgeon for opinion and treatment.

Dear sir
welcome to healthcaremagic
Incisional hernia is due to previous surgery, the only option for perfect cure is re surgical procedure. there is no curative oral medicine for this. but the using the belt and avoid heavy work and heavy diet may help you. there is no alternative medicine perfect for you. please consult your surgeon and visit in follow up clinic. using a tight belt may help you

take care

Hello Shanmughavadhana, Welcome to HealthcareMagic!
Incisional herniae are due to scars of previous surgery. These are surgical problems but these may also be managed by trusses or hernia belts. Please consult a general surgeon or gynecologist ( depending on which surgery caused your hernia ) & get timely treatment. Good luck.
