I have a heart pain when i breathe or laugh

I'm 15 and in very good shape. It used to happen to me sometimes when I was younger, i would breathe in and when i tried to exhale my chest/ heart would hurt very badly. But now, way more often when i breathe in or laugh i get the same feeling but it doesnt hurt as bad. Any suggestions? I googled it and thought it might be Precordial Catch Syndrome.

Hi well come to HCM.
since your pain is on chest movement of respiration need not worry about it it is
musculoskeltal pain and if it is not bothering you much need not take any treatment
for that. Over a period of time it will go on its own.You may take some pain killer
in case of need if severe pain. Thanks
