I have a habit of eating slate pencil from past 13 years

my name is sania 26years old height 5.5 weight 64kg i have habit of eating slate pencil from past 13yrs and have one boy baby of 15 months stil i m feeding him it cause any effect to baby please tell me briefly if it effects

habit of eating slate pencil means constantly u have calcium deficiency for many years.You have to take calcium supplements(take Calcipral tabs.1-1 daily with milk)
Take Ragi made foods,banana ,spinach,dry fruits,milk,eggs in ur diet.
Give calcium drops to ur baby also.

The lead present in the pencil is made up of graphite,... since you have consumed it for 15 yrs... it is better to stop it now... it will lead to alteration of normal liver and renal function.... skin changes... its good that you are breast feeding the baby,,. but you need to feed the baby with other food like smashed vegetables, fruits, rice etc...hope I have answered your question..
