I Have A Glut Hamstring Back Problems. Sometimes I Do Have A Stiff Back.
I have a glut problem which causes pain in my hamstring and sometimes knee i do have a stiff back is that a promblem, the pain is sharp in my glute and I strugle to run, is this a serious injury ? How long will I be out of sports ?
