I Have A Giant Parasopageal Hernia Stages

THINK HAVE.EMERG, MY PULSE OXYGEN IS BETWEEN 64 TO87 ON OXYGEN I HAVE AN EMERG. QUESTION..I HAVE A GIANT PARASOPAGEAL HERNIA STAGE5..MY WHOLE STOMACHES IN MY CHEST ..I ALSO HAVE DVT'S THEY OUT EMERG FILTER IN VENA CAVA..I TROW CLOTS OFTEN AN HAD FEW GO INTO LUNGS AND HEART NOW DVTS MAKE IT FEEL LIKE MY CALVES ARE GOIN TO EXPLODE SO BAD I WAS SCREAMING..WHY WOULD IT DO THAT? MY EMERG. I'M ON OXYGEN AN HAVE OXYMETER AN EVEN WITH OXYGEN MY BREATHING SO BAD CANT GET AIR AND LIKE I'M STRANGLING HAV TO TAJE LASSIX2 HELP..BUT MY PULSE OX IS BETWEEN 64 TO 86.TOLD DR.AN HE SAID NOTHING.LAST WEEK PASSDOUT AN WAS INTABATED HOW LOW IS TO LOW4PULSE OX IM ALONE 48 PLEZ HELP CLOTS TO LUNGS CAUSED PPH AN DAMGED2 VALVES....IM TINY BUILT AN SCARED I DONT KNOW WHATS TO LOW AN ITS WEARING ME DOWN.........

Hi.. Low oxygen saturation may cause breathing problems... They could be secondary to pulmonary artery thrombosis which needs to be treated on emergency basis or secondary to the paraesophageal hernia.. In presence of DVT and pulmonary artery thrombosis, you need to be hospitalised and treated with heparin.. Hence it would be better if you are hospitalised, that is if it is feasible.. Discuss these with your treating doctor...
