I Have A Disseminated Mass Near Or In My Inhomogeneous Uterus
Hi, I have a disseminated mass near or in my inhomogeneous uterus and its 4*2.2*4 cm, I want to know what this mean, I didnt understand it when My doctor told me.

Well I have the note and I'll write it out on here :
"- An inhomogeneous Uterus seen. It appears to be distorted by a disseminated mass. there are some hypo echoes( cant really read that part well) that are portions of big mass measurement and of one of them is 4*2.2*4cm.
The area of uterus that looks a disseminated mass measures 8*7cm
-Endometrial stripe thickness not visualized"
and my ovaries are not visible on UltraSound

You have an illdefined mass in your uterus which is causing distortion of the whole shape of the organ.This could be mutiple fibroids or else.You may need to do for a diagnostic lap and ultimately a hystrectomy.
