I Have A Bump On My Knee

Hi, can you help me? I have a bump on my knee that I found last Thursday and causes no pain but if I mess with it too much it will. I have two other bumps like this one on my left jaw bone that I had checked 2-3 years ago and the doctor said that it was an infected saliva gland and gave me medicine that made it go down for a little. When I was down taking the medicine it got a little bigger. The second bump I ve had for 1/2 a year to a year thats beside my left ear, which I haven t gotten checked because it has never bothered me either.
