I Have Sinus Rhythm And Complete Right Bundle Branch Block. Are They Completely Curable?

I have high blood pressure. Now I make ECG test. The result from ECG came out that I have Sinus Rhythm and Complete Right Bundle Branch Block. So, I want to know that is that affect my heart or any heart related disease? What are the precautions taken. Is this completely curable.
