I Have PCOS I Was At First So Worried About Falling Pregnant, Please Help
Hi i have recently been told i have PCOS i was at first so worried about falling pregnant and have been trying since, but my concerns have changed and i am no longer so worried about falling pregnant as what i am to loose weight - i have gained so much weight and i feel so frustrated and depressed about this as i cant seem to loose any and instead just gain please help me i really want to and need to loose at least 10 to 12 kg whether it would be herbal or not medication - any help many thanks

the weight gain you are hinting at is it sudden gain, if yes then look for causes as thyroid or hormonal imbalance . To reduce weight best formula is to have only and only meals and nothing but meals. Be regular with your exercise and give a signal to body that you are loosing weight. Keep bowel clean . Amongst herbal medicines we use medhohar guggul. 2 tablets tds with hot water. Report in detail, may be i can advice in a better way.

i have been back to my gyni and he has now put me onto
Metformin, my periods are once every 3 months at the moment
how long should i be on metformin before regular periods?
and should i consider Clomid or rather try Metformin alone and if
so for how long?
What is the chances that with metformin and clomid i will
