I have DNS. Is it necessary to go for surgery ?

Male 18, Doctor i have DNS but this is not clear that what i have Sinusitis , Allergy or what? bcz i feeling very very dry nose and feeling something pulling down from palate to throat my symptoms is , feeling too puch pain in the mid upper of the head like pressure or constriction, feeling wieght in head sometime, feeling pain in palate, now i m feeling in throat pain like when i breathj i feeling my breath is end, feeling pain and weight in forehead, sometimes feeling pain in the back of head up from the neck, feeling panic and lose of thinking, Doctor i consulted 3 ENT suregon he told me that u have DNS thats why this problems appears, Doctor i m Afraid of surgery bcz doctor tells me that we will put injection of sleep, doctor some peoples tell us that dont goto operate bcz the doctors make ur symptoms worse and my papa also dont believes in our area doctors and i also take medicine of homeopathics 1.5 years but my symotms going worse, what should i do what u recommend me ? doctor i m soo worry about this thnx in advance.

your symptoms are classical for DNS..getting it operated may or may not help u..because of this u ll have sinusitis and also on long term will lead to nasal u can do is :
steam inhalation atleast 5-6 times a day
take nasovion spray for one week
also take tablet ebastin-DC once in the night
get your AEC levels checked and rule out allergic cause..
if u have allergy start taking duanase nasal spray in the night for a month..
if still the symptoms persists its better u give a try at surgery..take care
