I Have Back And Genital Pain

Hi, im a 16.5 year old circumcized male who has dealing with multiple problems for over a year and a half. First, at age 15, i delt with on and off back pain in the summer, which got so bad i had to sit out of soccer. Then i tried playing through basketball which aggravated the problem terribly. I learned threw an mri, i had edema on L5 vertebrae on the right side. A week after the diagnosis, i experienced genital pain which i ignored because i didn't want anyone knowing. I was put in a back brace for 8 weeks. Throughout the 8 weeks, the genital pain was constant, and was just aggrivated with urination, and ejaculation; but easily sustainable. After the 8 weeks of bracing i started physical therapy in which was very successful, i did pt for 3 months, and my physical therpaist and i believed that i was ready for basketball camp. I went to bball camp and after 2 days, i experienced the same pain i did before bracing my back. I decided to brace it again, and as i did the pain eased, and in the 4th week the pain was absent. My doctor told me a full recovery of edema of the bone takes 6 weeks so i continued to brace, and as i did the pain in the back turned into pain in the gluteus medius, and the quadratus (both on the right side only). After 10 weeks of bracing i decided the brace was making it worse, and i took it off. Meanwhile, it was fall, and the genital pain was about the same as it was previously. I have been brace free for 2 months now,and ever since about 2-3 weeks ago i have been experiencing chronic gentital pain worse than ever. I have been to 2 different urologists over 10 times, treated repeaditively for prostate infections. I have the same exact symtpoms as PNE (pudendal nerve entrapment) as of 2 weeks ago. BEfore that i just experienced burning with urination. I am in so much pain i have to stay home from school and i am constantly taking vicodin and sitz baths. I have pain radiating down my left leg from my penis to testicles all the way to my anus. It hurts to fart, ejaculate, pee, poop, everything. I dont have a frequent urination, and the urologist think it is part of my back problem. however the back problem, as i stateed previously is on my right side, and the genital and leg pain is on my left side. Do you think this is PNE? Do you think my back and genital problem are related, becuase both have yet to be solved? HELP. Additional info: ive had 3 mris, 3 xrays, a bone scan, a cat scan, and the thing pregnant woment get to look at their baby to look at my bladder. The genital pain is 100 times worse than the back pain now, but previously before this month, the back pain was always worse and the genital pain was never this bad.

ok so where shall I begin. How did or why did your back pain start? Was it physical or did it come out of knowhere? Was there anything going on in your life at that time or previously to when the pain strarted that stressed you out?
The pain you have could be structural but could also be part of an emotional response. You said that a week after the diagnosis the genital pain started-now this is because you were bracing which means that due to the diagnosis you became nervous and started tensing up and all your muscles where you hold your tension (your pelvis) became TENSE. This affected the nerves and now you have pain.It is not PNE mate, don't worry. I bet you have scared yourself into what PNE is and how scary it is. I was there aswell till I realised I tense my muscles up just like you. If you want advice on how to deal with it email me at jobo147 @ gmail . com

it could be either the PNE or chronic prostatism, by mri it is evident that there is some compression on hte nerve root at L5, this can cause pain in the right thigh and genetial problem in the left, but the symptoms also are consistant with the chronic prostatism, this happens if the initial infection is ignored and not proper medication is taken, all the investigation and ht blood tests and radiology procedures will be normal for the prostatism and since it has turned chronic it will take much longer time, the time here means months not days. the treqatment options for the chronic prostatism is also limited.
