I have 143/88 its that reaaaaly bad??? so what are somethings that i should know OF??? CAN I STILL run ... My real DR didnt tell me i had High blood Pressure it was my Physoritic (how ever u spell thta) so do i still GET TO RUN?? i play soccer ...
