I Had Symptoms Like Heart Attack. I Am 19

i am 19, overweight . and a few times i have had a bad pain in my chest near my heart. and in my left arm. i looked up the symptoms of a heart attack , and these were indeed symptoms. but it went away after a while. is it possible to have a heart attack without it hurting or killing you?

Without killing you, yes, but not without hurting you. Each episode leaves scar tissue on the heart. You need to get yourself to a cardiologist pronto, get checked out, and start on a healthier life style.

Note: For further follow-up it is advisable to consult an emergency medicine specialist. Click here.
