Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good day
The probable reason you are not getting enough sleep is because of something keeping you awake, like your breathing difficulty due to blocked nose perhaps. Blow out your nose before going to bed. Drink a glass of milk before sleeping. Avoid high protein diet at night. Stick to car diet at night, like rice, banana. You may probably need to take allergy tablets as prescribed before sleepin also. Consult your Doctor regarding this. Rule out Tuberculosis.
