I Had Piles Very Bad And Just Out Side Of My Anus

i had piles very bad and just out side of my anus was very swollen then after a couple of weeks yellow mucus started coming out and a hole appear not big quite small but every time i clean it up it still comes out when sat down or stretched i have tried pushing al mucus out like spot and it clears it up but not for long soon after more comes out its like now there hole it wont stop leaking

I feel you are having an 3rd or 4 th degree piles and an fistula.In general, the symptoms of external hemorrhoids are different than the symptoms of internal hemorrhoids.
External hemorrhoids can cause problems, however, when blood clots inside them. This is referred to as thrombosis. Thrombosis of an external hemorrhoid causes an anal lump that is very painful (because the area is supplied by somatic nerves) and often requires medical attention. 20% of individuals with hemorrhoids also have anal fissures.The other causes of hemorrhoid-like symptoms that require different treatment are anal fissures, fistulae, perianal (around the anus) skin diseases, infections, and tumors .So you need to get examined by an surgeon by either flexible sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy, procedures that allow the doctor to examine approximately one-third or the entire colon, respectively. Till then try preparation H or Hemorid locally .
