Hi sujiaju it certainly may reappear. Don't let constipation to take control over your health. For prevention you may take triphala powder(nitya powder if you have fissure) after meals at bed time for constipation. I suggest Ghrita(from buffalo milk) mixed with licorice(extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra root) and apply warm in the anal region for pain relief. Strictly avoid anal intercourse. And at least sitz bath with warm water boiled with Datura leaves twice a day for pain and INFLAMMATION. Use anal dilators before defecation. Thats all mam. You don't need more. This treatment is more than enough.
