I Had A Stroke In My Right Frontal Lobe
ONE CARTORID ARTERY IS 70% PLACK. I HAD A STROKE IN MY RIGHT FRONTAL LOBE. DON T KNOW WHEN. MY HEAD FEELS DIZZY AND MY VISION IS BLURRED. I AM GOING TO HAVE AN ECHO CARDIOGRAM THE END OF MARCH. WHAT ARE YOUR SUGGESTIONS. I HAVE A VERY GOOD NEUROLOGIST.

I have noted your symptoms and investigation findings.
For prevention of stroke recurrence, you should be on regular anti platelet agents such as aspirin and statins.
In addiiton, if you have a carotid occlusion of 70%, you need to undergo some sort of re-vascularization procedure. The options include carotid angioplasty and stenting and carotid endarterectomy.
In addition, risk factors such as sugars, blood pressure and cholesterol should be kept within normal limits.
