I Got A Injury To Lower Back. What Could Be Wrong ?

I landed hard on my bottom a week and a half ago while sledding. When i landed on my bottom I had a shooting pain up my spine. My lower back still hurts when I bend over, pick up my 3 and 5 yr. old, cough, sneeze, lie on my back or side. What could be wrong ?

The symptomps are suggestive of acute prolapse of inter-vertebral disc
The treatment for this is complete bed rest, muscle relaxant, pain killer+serratiopeptidase combination & Hot fermention at local site for at least one week
