I Get Dizziness And Short Term Blindness When I Wake Up. Why Is It ?

Hi, I feel dizziness when i up morning from the bed and also for 2-3 seconds i am not able to see anything ..in front in eyes black color.this is happens from last month.. I am in Mumbai can you please suggest anu doctor and hospital. Thank you Mahesh
