hi i am 24,wt-65k.g ,ht-5.3 feet.i just having gidiess for 2or 3 seconds when i got up from rest.i am married and have a kid

if only for 2to3 seconds many a time sudden change in posture can occur it normally
because sudden alteration in lying and standing BP. Need not worry at present if
occures repeatedly consult your doctor. thanks
